理事 尾崎章彦 【コラム 北国の起業家病院 奮戦記】 患者が語れない不安に寄り添うＡＩ問診 2026年04月08日 https://times-web.com/ ◆ 患者の語れない不安を診療へつなぐ――会話型AIによる問診支援 乳がん外来では、再発への不安や身体イメージの変化、仕事・家庭との両立など、多くの悩みが診察中に語られないまま残ることがあります。限られた診察時間のなかで、患者が本当に相談したいことを医療者が十分に受け取れないという課題があります。 著者らは、患者が来院前や待ち時間にAIと対話し、前回からの変化や現在の不安、「今日一番相談したいこと」を医師へ伝える問診支援を開発しています。診断の代替ではなく、患者の言葉を診察前に医師へ伝え、限られた診察時間をより充実した対話に生かす取り組みです。 （編集・要約：医療ガバナンス研究所 山下えりか）
